• What’s working right now to produce a steady stream of new students who pay, stay, and refer. (My schools are on track to do over $2,000,000 this year, and I’ll share exactly what I’m doing so you can model it.)
• The BIG LIE you’ve been told about what it takes to have a successful school—and the uncomfortable truth you need to hear. (Most teachers don’t want to believe it, but those who embrace it will experience the income, freedom, and success others only dream about.)
• The #1 most crucial marketing tool you must get right if you want more students. (Almost everyone gets this wrong, and it costs them dearly. I’ll show you how to spot and fix this mistake.)
• How fixing just one thing can increase your profits without spending another penny on marketing. (The secret is hiding in plain sight, but only the most elite schools know what it is.)
• The system for turning students into raving fans who leave glowing online reviews. (Yes, you need to be a good teacher, but that’s not enough. You need a repeatable process to make sure you’re consistently getting positive reviews.)
• How to retain students—even during the summer months. (It’s so much easier and less expensive to keep the students you already have than to go out and find new ones. I’ll give you a step-by-step plan to make that happen.)
• And much, much more!
